We are officially in week 2 of a 4-week series where I am sharing curated lists of my all-time favorite design and facilitation resources.

Whether you lead team meetings, online courses, group coaching sessions, or training, I hope these resources will spark some fresh ideas and inspiration for your work with groups.

Last week I shared ๐ŸŽ™๏ธMy Favourite Facilitation Podcasts.

This week I share ๐Ÿ“š18 books that will help you become an exceptional facilitator (and an all-around better person).

Let’s dive right in!

๐Ÿ“š18 books that will help you become an exceptional facilitator (and an all-around better person)

There are a few books that have led to major breakthroughs in my facilitation practice.

They have inspired concepts and activities for my Breakthrough Facilitation course. They have taught me life lessons that have made me a better person. I have them all within arms reach of my desk where I lead most of my live online sessions.

None of them actually have “facilitation” in the title. But each book reveals the secrets to leading exceptional group experiences. Active listening, asking powerful questions, authenticity, presence, self-awareness, gathering people, creating memorable moments, and more.

So here it is… ๐ŸฅThe 2023 Quest Essential Summer Reading List
